Join the Mission
We're building the intelligence layer for the physical world. Solve hard problems, work with massive datasets, and ship code that moves atoms.
Built in Dallas. No Exceptions.
We don't offshore. We don't do distributed teams. All engineers work onsite in Dallas, Texas.
Deep technical work requires deep collaboration. We're building systems that see the physical world—that demands being in the same room, whiteboarding together, and shipping as one team.
Full Stack Developer
Computer Visionaries (CV.AI) is a Dallas-based AI software development firm on a mission to unlock AI for our clients. We build custom systems across healthcare, financial services, logistics, legal, and other industries using full-stack engineering, agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications and backend services that power CV.AI client engagements. You will work across React/TypeScript frontends, Python/Node.js APIs, relational databases, vector stores, and cloud infrastructure while incorporating AI agents and spec-driven development practices in your daily workflow.
This role is Mid-Level (3-5 years experience), W2 Full-Time, and reports to the VP, AI Engineering. To meet client requirements, this role is only open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. Offer for employment may be contingent on a background check.
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack or backend-heavy roles
- Frontend proficiency with React, Vue, Angular, or Next.js
- Backend strength with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Java (Spring Boot)
- Strong SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in service-oriented architectures
- Experience using AI coding agents/assistants in production development workflows
- Familiarity with spec-driven or test-driven development practices
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work on a hybrid schedule in the Dallas Galleria/Addison area
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Agentic Developer
Computer Visionaries (CV.AI) is a Dallas-based AI software development firm that helps businesses break free from the SaaS treadmill by building purpose-built solutions powered by agentic AI and intelligent automation.
The Agentic Developer is a mid-level engineer who uses AI agents as a personal force multiplier to architect, test, document, and ship production-grade client solutions. You will design agentic workflows, deploy intelligent systems, and ensure deliverables meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and repeatability.
This role is Mid-Level (3-5 years experience), W2 Full-Time, and reports to the VP, AI Engineering. To meet client requirements, this role is only open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. Offer for employment may be contingent on a background check.
Mindset matters: the right candidate sees AI agents as teammates, not tools, and holds a high bar for quality even when agents do the heavy lifting.
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience with a production deployment track record
- Hands-on use of AI agents or agentic frameworks to deliver production-grade code
- Experience with spec-driven and test-driven development workflows
- Ability to evaluate agent-produced code for hallucinations, security gaps, and quality issues
- Strong focus on security, scalability, repeatability, and documentation quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing confidence
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with RAG pipelines, agent memory patterns, or human-agent wiki systems is preferred
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or MCP is preferred
- Able to work on a hybrid schedule in the Dallas Galleria/Addison area
